The Art of Nelson De La Nuez
Nelson De La Nuez’s unique juxtaposition of pop and surrealism of America’s rich culture and history withstand the test of time. Listed on the “Who’s Who List of the Most Collected Artists of Our Time,” his works are bold and outspoken, both in color and often subject matter. His mixed media paintings utilize acrylic and watercolor paints, oil pastels and inks. He has the right combination of social and cultural relevance in the artwork mixed with emotional ties, all of which have brought him to the forefront of the art world. The galleries, museums and prestigious art collectors have embraced his work, including throughout the U.S., Europe, Alaska, Canada and Australia.
De La Nuez’s artwork is collected by many well known celebrities and has been featured on countless television shows, including, to name a few: VH1: Fabulous Life of: “The Latest in Billionaire Home Décor,” “Celebrity Apprentice,” “Inside Edition,” MTV “Cribs,” HGTV “Designer’s Challenge,” E! “Celebrity Favorites” and “TMZ: Michael Jackson’s Final Art Purchase.”
Pop Land Publishing has just published his book, “Pop Americana: the Pop Art of Nelson De La Nuez” and his art is hanging in some of the most prestigious art collections in the country. He is the official 70th Anniversary artist for the Wizard of Oz film and has created original artwork for the iconic movie, one of which, “Ditching Dorothy,” is forever immortalized on a limited edition sheet of US postage stamps.

Purchase items from The Sparrow’s Nest- Erika Gamarra, of The Sparrow’s Nest Studio, painstakingly hand-stamps keepsake jewelry with 100% of her profits going to Child Rescue. Realizing that it takes far more than money to change deep-seated societal ills, Erika has crafted a Slavery Abolitionist Line to profoundly increase social awareness. Each piece (necklace, bracelet, key ring/purse tag), is intended to be a “conversation starter.” We understand that human trafficking is an uncomfortable topic and one that many North Americans do not feel greatly impacts their continent. Just by wearing the Slavery Abolitionist Line, you will be presented with many opportunities throughout your day to tell someone about this very real & growing issue. Only through public outrage & intolerance will the bleak fate of currently enslaved children, and those yet to be trafficked, be forever changed.

Fine Jewelry by Suzie Lederer
Suzie began working the poker tables at Harrah’s in Reno while studying at the University of Nevada. She eventually took to the Vegas strip and worked as the poker manager at the Mirage and later the Bellagio, where she would meet her future husband, professional poker superstar Howard Lederer. Although it was ten years before the pair went all in to tie the knot, marriage was always in the cards for them. Suzie and Howard will celebrate their ninth anniversary this year.
While maintaining her reputation as the life of the poker party, Suzie recently decided to pursue another passion and create her own jewelry line, Lord Griffon. The griffon, a mythical creature said to have the head of an eagle and the body of a lion, is known for its strength, loyalty, protection and healing power. This is the concept behind the Lord Griffon collection, composed of sturdy metals, heavy chains, oxidized silver and strong symbols. The collection is elegant, easy-to-wear and great for a casual day or a night on the town. The initial line debuts with four collections: griffons, rosaries, gothic and leather. With a host of bracelets, necklaces, and rings, the Lord Griffon collection is the ultimate expression of style with an edge.
Personally designed by Lederer and hand produced in Los Angeles by an artisan carver, each piece is the result of meticulous craftsmanship. Delicate replicas of fleur de lis, shields, griffons and crosses detail each piece. Oxidizing the silver brings out the intricate designs and gives the Lord Griffon collection an antique feel with a modern twist. Lederer personally approves each piece before it can be deemed worthy of the name Lord Griffon. A woman of many trades and talents, Suzie Lederer inspires and gives back, adding her own brand of sparkle to everything she touch

What happens when an original artist emerges through the college circuit in the music mecca of Athens, GA, cuts his teeth touring and recording in the avant-garde jam scene, survives the loss of a band and record deal while road-bound, and then moves to Nashville, TN to get back to the basics of his craft? You get the unique musical perspective of Clay Evans! This hustling singer/songwriter has accomplished a lot in the last 10 years: from playing 200+ shows a year with his former band Bluestring and receiving a Jammy Award nomination to collaborating with Grammy Award-winners and hit songwriters. Clay has been adopted by and currently thrives in the renowned creative community that is Music City, USA. Clay's raw melodic soul and quirky lyrical taste meld into truly authentic song craftsmanship.
